Apologies for the late update; here is the information on the ICA/ELWA Reunion. Registration forms are linked at the end.

ROOM RATES: Include 3 nights lodging – July 3,4 & 5 and 3 large (fully cooked and continental) breakfasts. Lunch will be on your own (fast food, hotel restaurant, snacks, etc.)

The Hotel (Embassy Suites) rate ($99/night) is per room rather than per person, so you have the option of finding roommates with whom to share the expenses of the room. Breakfast is complimentary for each occupant (limit 6). Room reservations must be made directly with the hotel – Deadline for special rate is June 1, 2008 (no exceptions – email Jan (Reed) Ziegenbein at janzee@bellsouth.net with any questions).

Parking Fee: $6/night

REGISTRATION FEE: $50/adult, $10/child under 13, Max/family $120: includes 2 dinners (one African, one American), snacks, and a photo CD of the reunion. (this fee will also help offset misc. expenses of the reunion.) This fee will go up to $60/person, $15/child after June 1, 2008. Please get your registrations in early.

Registration fee (non-refundable) is due by June 15th, 2008.

The 2008 Reunion is still on track. There are at least 20 who have indicated they intend to be there — what about you?
Sara (Buck) Graham says she is highly occupied with kids right now, but will get out an update by June. In the meantime, if you are interested, sign up for the ICA Reunions Email list and let us know. Future communication about this and other reunions will be via this list.

Hey! Pass the word! We are working on plans for an ICA reunion July 3-6, 2008, at the Embassy Suites hotel near the Atlanta, Georgia, airport. This reunion is for ALL ICA’ers from all years, even those who were only there for one year. The total cost has not been established yet, however, the room rate is locked in at $89.99/night. Each room sleeps 6 people, therefore, if you share a room with 5 others, your cost per night would only be about $15. There will be an additional fee per person but not per night that will cover the rest of the reunion costs, including some meals. We are doing our best to keep that fee as low as possible and will let you know the amount at a later date.
