Next year will be the 50th anniversary of the beginning of ICA. We all have memories of our time at ICA and we’d like to invite you to plan now to come to the all-ICA reunion being planned Columbus Day (October 5-8) weekend 2012. We had a Mamou-ICA reunion a couple weeks ago in Branson, MO. It was a wonderful time of fellowship. We’re looking in to a few location possibilities (Branson, Wheaton, Montreat, NC). We’ll get details to you as soon as possible.
For now, save the dates!
Pass this e-mail on to any ICA alumni you know.
Thanks, and hoping to see you next year!

The 2008 Reunion is still on track. There are at least 20 who have indicated they intend to be there — what about you?
Sara (Buck) Graham says she is highly occupied with kids right now, but will get out an update by June. In the meantime, if you are interested, sign up for the ICA Reunions Email list and let us know. Future communication about this and other reunions will be via this list.

Hey! Pass the word! We are working on plans for an ICA reunion July 3-6, 2008, at the Embassy Suites hotel near the Atlanta, Georgia, airport. This reunion is for ALL ICA’ers from all years, even those who were only there for one year. The total cost has not been established yet, however, the room rate is locked in at $89.99/night. Each room sleeps 6 people, therefore, if you share a room with 5 others, your cost per night would only be about $15. There will be an additional fee per person but not per night that will cover the rest of the reunion costs, including some meals. We are doing our best to keep that fee as low as possible and will let you know the amount at a later date.
Some of the Hightlights:
- Great African dinner one night
- Beautiful pool/hot tub
- Free cook-to-order breakfast each morning
- Free hospitality suite to hang out in and share pictures (if we book 25 rooms)
- Program night that all staff/parents are invited to
- Located near the Atlanta airport w/free shuttle service
If you would like to be a part of the planning committee please email
or call me at +1-770-614-8075. We are also sharing this reunion with ELWA kids from Liberia.
I need to start getting an idea of how many people might be coming. We have 25 rooms reserved. Please email me asap if you think you can come. I will send out periodic updates on those who are planning to come. If you do not want to receive any more emails please let me know.
Hope to see you there!

ICA’s new site is under construction. In the future, there will be a message/discussion board, a photogallery where ICA alumni can share pictures, and other features to help alumni stay in touch and catch up. Feel free to contact us if you are willing to help out or have any ideas.
ICA’s old site(s) can be found by clicking the archive link on the right
